Tata Electric is going to launch in the next 3 Months, and in this article, we’re going to explain every single details of the EV, and what features, range it’s going to have.
Tata showcased the Harrier.ev back in January 2023 at Auto Expo where we saw where the EV was going in terms of design language. So, from the outside, it has a connected LED DRLs which is above the closed front grille with thinner gaps and horizontal slats, vertically positioned split LED headlamps, and the bumpers are faux silver skid plate with lines pattern for air intakes above the bumper.

Moving to the side profile, it is identical to the ICE version, except the EV will sport new alloy wheel design which will be aero-efficient to cope with the range which is claimed to be 500 KMs. The rear features wrap-around signature connected LED taillamp that from the side resemble the S shape.
The interiors will be identical to the ICE version as well like the free-standing 12.3-inch infotainment system, 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster with navigation maps, four-spoke steering wheel with illuminated Tata logo, thinner AC vents, touch-sensitive controls for HVAC, round dial for gear-shift, three-tone dashboard theme, panoramic sunroof, and so on. In Battery Pack, its expected to be equipper with a bigger 50 – 60 kWh battery pack to cater range of 500+ KMs and should come with single-motor and dual-motor options as well.
Moving to the features, it’ll come with ventilated seats, 360 Surround View Camera, Front and Rear parking sensors, front powered seats, ambient lights, Level 2 ADAS, LED headlamps, powered tailgate, and there is a rumour that Tata is looking to make the Harrier.ev off-road capable as well, so expect 4×2, and 4×4 drivetype as well.
The Harrier.ev was under testing for months and didn’t launch alongside the facelift launch of Harrier and Safari, so we expect Tata once they’re done launching the Punch.ev in January 2024, launch the Harrier.ev in the next 3 months.
