Despite its previous 4.6-meter length, the spy shots suggest a reduction to around 4.3-4.4 meters. Positioned between the XUV300 and XUV700, it aims to challenge segment leader Hyundai Creta.

Before the SUV was discontinued, it was offered with Two Engine Options – 2.2 L Diesel and 2.2 L Turbo Petrol Engine with 6 Speed Manual and Automatic Gearbox. However, the upcoming XUV500 is built on the XUV300 platform for competitive pricing, and it’s expected to offer two engine options: a 1.5 L Diesel and a 1.5 L Turbo Petrol, both with 6 Speed Manual and Automatic Gearbox choices.
Feature-wise, anticipate ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, 2-zone climate control, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Cluster, a Powered Driver Seat, LED headlamps, Air Purifier, Wireless Charging Pad, and possibly a Sony sound system.
