Citroen India is gearing up for the grand unveiling of the production-spec Basalt on August 2. With anticipation building, exciting details about this new model have emerged, showcasing its sleek design and advanced features.

The Citroen Basalt promises to turn heads with its impressive design. The side profile and rear quarter have been revealed in a stylish grey finish, while another spec model boasts a bold red and black color scheme. The front end features Citroen’s signature design elements, including the chrome-lined double chevron logo connecting the sleek projector headlamps and split LED Daytime Running Lights. The lower bumper stands out with a prominent skid plate, black inserts on the large radiator grille, and integrated fog lamps.
From the side, the Basalt is equally impressive with a raked front windshield, unique inserts behind the rear doors, a sloping roofline leading to a spacious boot, black wheel arch cladding, and sporty alloy wheels available in the top-spec trim. The rear is adorned with wraparound C-shaped LED tail lamps, a large skid plate, and a distinctive Citroen logo incorporated into a spoiler-shaped trunk.

Inside, the Basalt is packed with features to enhance your driving experience. It includes a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, and automatic climate control. However, it does not include a sunroof.
