Tata’s Micro SUV, Punch, is set to get facelift update in 2025 and ahead of its debut, the test mule of the SUV has been spied revealing new details.
Changes to the Punch SUV may be limited to new front fascia, and alloy wheels. The front fascia could be reminiscent to the EV version but will likely not get the connected LED DRL look; new vertically-split LED Headlamps, and slightly different lower airtake grille design. Changes to the rear will be almost minimal as we can see it still has the same tail-lamps as the current sold version.

From the inside, the facelift will be getting upgrades over the current ICE version and same as the EV Version like new 10.25-inch Infotainment System – same unit as Punch EV which could be exclusive to top-spec variants, new 10.25-inch Fully Digital Cluster same as EV version as the current Punch only gets 7-inch LCD Cluster. Moreover, it’ll get new 2-spoke steering wheel with Tata Logo Illumination which will also be same as the Nexon and Punch ev. Other than that, we can see the rectangular AC vents complemented by blue accents.

Tata is likely to retain the two engine options it offers – 1.2 L Petrol and 1.2 L CNG. However, the Punch Facelift will get the new AMT Gearbox choice with the CNG Engine which was first introduced with the Tata Tiago and the Tigor.
The Punch Facelift will receive new amenities such as ventilated front seats, 360 Surround View Camera with Blind Spot Monitoring, Front and Rear Parking Sensors, 6 Airbags, etc. Currently, the SUV sports wireless charging pad, automatic climate control, single-pane sunroof, Tyre-Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and so much more.
Tata had already confirmed the 2025 launch for the facelift, but it’s possible they’ll be targeting the first half of 2025 as launch window.
