Hero has finally launched the Mavrick 440 for the Indian Market after its unveiling at the Hero World 2024 Event. It shares the same underpinnings as the Harley-Davidson X440, and importantly, the Mavrick 440 is the most expensive bike from Hero.

The new Hero Mavrick 440 comes powered by the 440cc, Single-Cylinder, Air-Oil Cooled, SOHC Engine which delivers 26.98 BHP and 36 NM of torque paired to 6 Speed Gearbox with Slip-and-Assist Clutch. The peak torque on the Mavrick is lower in comparison to the Harley-Davidson’s X440 motorbike.
The main frame of Mavrick is same as the one of the Harley’s X440, except the Mavrick uses 43 MM Telescopic fork front suspension while the rear is equipped with Hydraulic Rear Twin Shox Swing-arm Mount. The bike comes with 17-inch wheels both front and rear, and its equipped with Disc Brakes. So, at least Braking will be very effective.

The seat height of the bike is also at a decent height of 803 MM, so riders below 5.7 Feet will have a bit of problem. The ground clearance of the bike is also good, which is 175 MM. The bike comes with good amount of features like LED Projector head-light, tail-light, DRLs, etc , Digital Instrument Console, Pass Switch, etc and so much more.
The Mavrick 440 is available in 3 trims – Base at Rs. 1.99 Lakh, Mid at Rs. 2.14 lakh, and Top at Rs. 2.24 Lakh. Bookings are open at Rs. 5,000 Token amount with expected deliveries from April 2024. Before March 15, 2024, everyone who booked the bike will get Rs. 10,000 worth of kit of accessories and merchandise. The Base Trim gets White Colour Option with No alloy wheels; Mid Trim gets Alloy Wheels Two Colours; and Pro Trim with Bluetooth Connectivity, and Diamond-Cut 17-inch alloy wheels.
The Mavrick 440 competes with the Harley-Davidson X440, Royal Enfield Bullet 350, Honda CB350, and the newly launched Jawa 350.
