Hyundai Motors has been spied testing the Alcazar Facelift in South Korea on a Flatbed revealing some interesting details. Let’s break it down for you.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: What’s Interesting?
New spy shots of the Alcazar Facelift reveals redesigned front profile which looks reminiscent to the Creta like the Dual L-shape Connected LED DRLs, larger front grille with different pattern than the Creta’s, Split LED Headlamps with new look, Radar Module on the lower air intake confirming inclusion of the ADAS, that too Level 2 Capable, and new alloy wheels which is likely to be 18-inches in size. Other than that, the whole SUV was camouflaged revealing nothing much.

Inside, it’s likely to look similar to the Creta’s dashboard like the seamless integrated 10.25-inch Dual Displays – one for infotainment and digital cluster, and same panel for Dual-zone climate control. It’ll like before will be available in 6 and 7 Seater Configurations. Moreover, it’ll also get new dual-tone theme for the cabin, and new upholstery as well.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift: Engine Specs and Features
The Alcazar Facelift will retain its engine options – 1.5 L Turbo Petrol engine producing 157.81 BHP and 253 NM Torque mated to 6 Speed Manual and 7 Speed DCT Gearbox; and the other is the 1.5 L Diesel delivering 113.41 BHP and 250 NM Torque mated to 6 Speed Manual and Automatic Gearbox options.
In terms of features, the SUV already had features like ventilated seats, 360 Surround View Camera, 8-way powered driver seat, wireless charging, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, 10.25-inch infotainment system, and fully digital instrument cluster. However, in the facelift, it can come with new features like co-driver powered seat, powered tailgate, and Level 2 ADAS with 19 Features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Warning, Auto High Beam Assist, and many more.
The outgoing version is price between Rs. 16.77 – Rs. 21.28 lakh and we the new Alcazar expected to launch in October 2024, expect its pricing to be between Rs. 17 – Rs. 21.50 Lakh. It rivals the Tata Safari, Kia Carens, MG Hector Plus, Mahindra XUV700, etc.
