Hyundai has concluded the launch of the Creta N-Line SUV and has shifted its entire attention towards the upcoming 7-seater SUV, currently undergoing rigorous testing. The Alcazar Facelift features new robust exterior design like new radiator grille, upright hood contributing towards the strong, assertive and distinct road presence, connected LED DRLs above the grille, and below that is the split unit vertical LED headlamp with cube-like detailing. The side profile features new alloy wheel design, and the rear profile now gets new dual L-shape connected taillamps. Moreover, the front and rear bumpers are also updated by Hyundai.

Jumping to the inside, the facelift will come with seamlessly integrated 10.25-inch dual displays – one for infotainment system, and one for fully digital instrument cluster. Below the dual displays is touch-sensitive panel to control infotainment system, and HVAC. The centre console has been tweaked like the new gear lever for automatic transmissions, illuminated buttons around it for ventilated seats, electric parking brake, and so on. The dashboard has been redesigned with thin AC vents, and dual-tone theme.

In Engine Options, Hyundai won’t make any changes and will continue to offer the 1.5 L 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine producing 113.45 BHP and 250 NM with 6 Speed Manual & Automatic Gearbox Choices. The other 1.5 L Turbo Petrol generates 157.57 BHP and 253 NM of torque paired to 6 Speed Manual & 7 Speed DCT Gearbox.
The Alcazar already had features like ventilated seats, 360 Surround View Camera, 8-way powered driver seat, wireless charging, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, 10.25-inch infotainment system, and fully digital instrument cluster. However, in the facelift, the Alcazar will get new features like co-driver powered seats, powered tailgate, and Level 2 ADAS with 19 Features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Warning, Auto High Beam Assist, and many more.
The outgoing version is price between Rs. 16.77 – Rs. 21.28 lakh and with hike by Hyundai this month across all its model in the line-up, we expect the new Alcazar to start from Rs. 17 Lakh to Rs. 21.50 Lakh. The Alcazar is expected to launch in the next 3 months!
