Hyundai Motors have introduced a new mid-spec “Executive” variant for the Venue SUV which is priced at Rs. 9.99 Lakh (ex-showroom). This new variant comes with turbo petrol engine only.
Launching a new variant, especially a turbo petrol variant makes it easier for people to approach as the “Executive” is the entry-level variant in the turbo petrol options. No normal petrol engine, nothing; only turbo petrol engine. Exterior features include 16-inch dual-styled wheels, dark chrome on the front grille, and an ‘Executive’ badge adorning the tailgate and roof rails.

Inside, the Venue Executive boasts a respectable array of features, including two-step reclining, 8.0-inch infotainment with Wireless Android Auto / Apple CarPlay, Digital Instrument Cluster, Cruise control, rear AC vents, and a rear wiper. However, certain features such as a rear camera, LED lights and DRLs, ORVM-mounted indicators, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, a sunroof, and a rear parcel tray, found in the S(O) variant, are absent from the Executive trim.Hyundai also updated S(O) Turbo Variant; it now comes with 6 Speed Manual and 7 Speed DCT Option with priced at Rs. 10.75 L and Rs. 11.86 L respectively. Moreover it gets features such as sunroof, and reading lamps for both the driver and passenger.Hyundai Venue next-generation update is in works, and it’s expected to launch next year with tons of upgrades over the current version. Venue competes with the likes of Maruti Brezza and Fronx, Toyota Taisor, Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, and the upcoming Mahindra XUV3XO.
