The new Aion V, slightly smaller than its predecessor, measures:
GAC Aion has adopted a new design language inspired by the Tyrannosaurus Rex for the second-gen Aion V. The front features rectangular “H”-shaped headlights representing dragon claws. The SUV rides on multi-spoke petal-style rims with Maxxis Victra Sport 5 series tires, sized 225/45 R19. The 650 Lidar trim includes a lidar system, five millimeter-wave radars, 11 cameras, and 12 ultrasonic radars, powered by an NVIDIA Orin-X chip.

It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. The SUV is equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs available in six capacities: 62.268 kWh, 62.27 kWh, 62.681 kWh, 74.976 kWh, 75.26 kWh, and 90.215 kWh. These batteries offer cruising ranges of 520 km, 650 km, and 750 km (assuming CLTC).Additionally, the car’s 400V silicon carbide platform and 3C fast charging technology enable a 370 km range with just 15 minutes of charging.The second-generation GAC Aion V is a feature-packed, intelligent SUV designed to offer premium performance and advanced technology at a competitive price.
