New Santro 2018 India has been spotted many times testing in spy shots on numerous occasions.As per the reports,new Santro is expected to be launched in India in September 2018 which made its world debut on 23rd September 1998.
Santro 2018 will continue with same tall boy design and will be introduced as a replacement for discountinued i10 and sit between Hyundai Eon and New Grand i10 2018.Consequently,the prices are expected to fall between 3.5 Lakhs to 6 Lakhs.Santro will be based on same platform as i10 but having tall boy design it will be slightly longer,wider and taller than i10.

New Santro 2018 India will carry the Fludic Sculpture 2.0 design language while borrowing some design clues from Hyundai Grand i10.It features large tail lamps like the Eon with black inserts in the bumpers.Upfront,it will get cascading grille with sized headlamps with DRLs merging into front grille.The fog lamps will be slightly below the headlamps.As images reveal the sporty 13-inch steel wheel with wheel covers.While Alloy wheel may only come in top-end trims.Large windows will continue to make the car roomy.
This time Santro will sport a premium cabin with excellent fit and finish.Images clearly shows 5-inch infotainment system with its controls which is surrounded by two vertical A/C vents.Off camera we spotted the power windows controls near the gearbox plus Hyundai will not offer rear ac vents in New Santro.Santro will feature black and beige dual tone upholstery with integrated front seat headrest.It also has a 3-spoke steering wheel same as of Grand i10 and XCent.
Standard safety features list will include Engine Immobiliser,Driver Airbag and ISOFIX Child mounts.The top-model will have host of safety features like reverse camera,rear defogger,fog lamps,etc.7-inch touchscreen infotainment system,steering mounted controls,Electrically Adjustable ORVMs,Auto AC,height adjustable driver seat will come in top model of New Santro.
Initially it will get only a 1.0-litre petrol engine which also powers the Eon.AMT will also be on offer.This unit will be mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and AMT.Mileage of the hatchback is expected to be somewhere between 20 and 25 kmpl.New Santro 2018 India is confirmed to be launched on 23rd September 2018.
