As widely known, Toyota is currently developing a seven-seater SUV model, drawing inspiration from the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. This forthcoming vehicle aims to compete head-to-head with popular contenders such as the Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar.

From the outside, the SUV could similar to the Hyryder like the front fascia would look similar to the Hyryder while also sporting a larger size grille. The bumpers will be tweaked a little while it’s finished in carbon black. The side profile will see an upright roof because of the inclusion of the third row resulting in dimensions increase; and will also see new 18-inch alloy wheels along with thin wheel arches and door claddings. The rear profile will see new connected tail-lamps along with flat-ish tailgate and gloss black finished roof spoiler.

2025 Toyota 7-Seater SUV: Interior
Regarding the interiors, expect similarities to the Hyryder with subtle updates. These include replacing the manual handbrake with an electric parking brake on the center console, introducing new 10.25-inch displays for both the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster, refreshing the leather seat upholstery, implementing a dual-tone treatment for the cabin, and adding a panoramic sunroof. Additionally, anticipate third-row AC vents positioned beneath the quarter window and the possibility of retaining the steering from the Hyryder. The second row may feature captain seats for added comfort and convenience.
