Tata Motors has released a new teaser for its new SUV with Coupe silhouette known as the Curvv EV. The Curvv EV is expected to sport more than 500 KM Range while also borrowing many elements from its sibling.
Tata Motors will soon launch the Curvv electric SUV in India as it has started teasing the production model across its social media handles. The ICE counterpart will likely launch few months after the EV, likely between October and November 2024. Both the versions of the SUV has been spied multiple times undergoing tests but the recent teased with the coupe roofline confirms the first launch is of the electric version.

The Tata Curvv features larger, connected LED DRLs, body-coloured closed front grille with pattern mirroring the grille of ICE version, and a redesigned front bumper with new LED headlamps, fog lamp housings, and an air vent for petrol and diesel variants. Its design echoes the Nexon with an enlarged front air intake and faux silver skid plates. Side features include door-mounted wing mirrors and flush door handles. The rear has a dark-tinted LED light bar, connected LED tail-lamps, and vertically positioned air inlets with reflectors. Top trim features include a 360 Surround View Camera, connected LED DRLs, vertically split LED headlamps, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
The interior resembles the Nexon but with a different cabin theme. It includes a free-floating 12.3-inch infotainment system, sleek AC vents, and a touch-sensitive HVAC panel for dual-zone climate control. The Curvv also has a 10.25-inch digital cockpit cluster, a 4-spoke steering wheel from the new Harrier and Safari, and the same drive mode selector and automatic gear shifter as the Nexon.
The Curvv EV will be built on the Acti-ev platform, and so we expect it to sport 45 – 50 kWh battery pack providing with range somewhere between 450 – 550 KMs with Front-Wheel-Drive (FWD) Drive-type only.
Features-wise, it’ll have ventilated front seats, Heads-up Display (HUD), Panoramic Sunroof on top, powered front seats, wireless charging pad, 360 Degree Camera, Dual-Zone Climate Control, Level 2 ADAS, 6 Airbags as standard, and many other features.
