So, Toyota has silently launched a limited edition for the Innova HyCross GX Trim which is priced between Rs. 20.07 – Rs. 20.22 Lakh. This Limited Edition brings in cosmetic updates over the standard one.
The exterior updates on the Toyota Innova Crysta Hycross GX Limited Edition are relatively subtle, featuring a new chrome garnish on the grille that extends through the center, along with front and rear bumpers adorned with new faux silver skid plates. However, opting for the Platinum White exterior paint shade incurs an additional cost of Rs 9,500. As the Limited Edition is based on the variant above base, GX trim, it does not include bumper garnishes and larger alloy wheels available on higher trims.
The interior changes are more noticeable, with a new soft-touch, chestnut brown finish for the dashboard and door trims (a standard feature on the pricier VX trim). In contrast to the black plastic finish in the regular GX trim, there’s also a new faux wood trim surrounding the window controls. The fabric seat covers receive a dual-tone black and brown finish. The GX Limited Edition variant is offered in both 7-seater and 8-seater configurations.
Remaining true to its GX trim roots, the Limited Edition is powered by the 2.0 L naturally aspirated petrol engine generates 173 BHP and 209 NM of torque mated to an 7 Speed CVT Gearbox. It’s worth noting that even though this is a limited edition, you don’t get Petrol-Hybrid Powertrain. Toyota’s introduction of the Innova Crysta Hycross GX Limited Edition aims to enhance the appeal of the less popular non-hybrid variant, particularly for buyers seeking an MPV during this period.
