The month of November 2023 was not so good month for the SUV sales with many carmakers reporting decline in sales for the SUVs over the last month. But out of the top 10 SUVs in October 2023, Tata Nexon still has a hold on No.1 Position in sales since the facelift launch in September.
At No.1 Position is the Tata Nexon with 14,916 unit sales over the 16,887 units in October which is down in growth by 11.67%, and decline volume by 1,562 units. Tata Motors in September unveiled the facelift update for the Nexon, and Nexon.ev, and it’s safe to say the amount of features, it’s has gotten is just insane, it’ll take a long time for anyone to match the features Tata Nexon has on offer. At 2nd position is the Tata Punch with decline in sales by 6.10% to 14,383 units compared to 15,317 units in October.
Moving on, the 3rd position is Maruti Brezza with 13,393 units compared to 16,050 units reporting also decline in sales by 16.55%. At 4th position is the Mahindra Scorpio with sales figures combined of Scorpio-N and Scorpio Classic. Its 12,185 units over the 13,578 units with 10.26% growth.

The Hyundai Creta at 5th position reports down growth in sales by 9.66% to 11,814 units from the 13,077 units. Hyundai recently send a “Block Your Date” notification for the global unveil of the Creta Facelift on January 16th, 2024. The Creta Facelift will have features like Level 2 ADAS, 360 Surround View Camera, Ventilated and Heated Front Seats, Powered Seats, Panoramic Sunroof, and more features as well. It’ll also get new 1.5 L Turbo Petrol engine seen in Alcazar, Verna, and even on Kia Seltos, and Carens.
The Kia Seltos at 6th Position reports 11,684 unit sales which is also down by 5.48% compared to 12,363 unit sales in October. The Hyundai Venue at 7th position finishes October with 11,180 unit sales which is slightly down by 3.46%. The Maruti Fronx and Mahindra Bolero finishes at 8th and 9th position with sales of 9,867 units and 9,333 units respectively. Last but not the least, the Hyundai Exter at bottom finishes November with 8,325 unit sales with 2.82% growth over the October.
