Ola Electric will be soon introducing its first electric bike for the Indian Market in 2026, and you can go ahead and pre-book the electric bike at the company’s website.
Ola has submitted draft papers for IPO and in those papers, Ola has stated “We anticipated commencing motorcycle deliveries in the first half of 2026.” Additionally, they outlined plans to expand their portfolio to include mass-market motorcycles aiming to cater to a broader spectrum of consumers with varied product types and price ranges over the long term.

In 2023, Ola Electric showcased several concept models – Roadster, Diamondhead, Cruiser, and Adventure at many events. Launch Dates aren’t revealed yet, but its rumored that an launch timeline will be revealed by August 2024. Moreover, the technical specs aren’t revealed, but should be made available in August 2024.
The company also said, “Limited options have restricted EV penetration in the motorcycle segment to less than 1 per cent, with a significant presence of EVs in over Rs 1 lakh price segment.” It further added, “With the strengthening of supply in popular price segments through R&D and technological advancements, penetration in the electric motorcycle segment is also expected to see an uptick.”
Simultaneously, the company also secured patents for a removable/swappable electric battery and designs for three upcoming electric motorcycles. Ola’s first electric bike when it launches will compete with the likes of Ultraviolette F77, and Revolt RV400.
Currently, Ola has three electric scooters on offer – S1 Pro (Gen 2), S1X, and S1 Air. So, until Ola’s electric bike launches in 2026, expect these 3 e-scooters to receive further big updates which includes more range and software update.
