Renault India has revealed their plans to launch 5 new models for the Indian Market by 2027 as part of its Renaulution 2024 initiative.
New Strategy from Renault for India: What is it?
Renault considers India to be one of four key hubs for the brand outside of Europe. At the event, Renault refreshed its line-up – Triber, Kiger, Kwid; in India with new features and variants. The French Automaker announced that its set to play the SUV game in India much stronger than how it has so far while also confirmed an localised EV for the Indian Market in the next 3 years.

Renault previously found success in India through the Duster SUV only for it to completely vanish few years ago, but has made promises to re-enter with not one but two SUVs for the Indian Market – a B+ SUV and a C SUV. However, they almost were going to say Duster, but stopped and moved to the next segment. The Duster under Dacia was confirmed to make its way to India in 2025 which fills the “C SUV”, Renault’s going to launch in India.
As for the B+ SUV, it’s for the more premium, feature-filled sub-compact SUV. Additionally, Renault also said they’ll be introducing the next-generation Triber and Kiger over the course of next 3 years. This 2 SUVs are also part of the 5 Cars Renault’s going to launch until 2027.
