Royal Enfield is going to launch the Himalayan 452 on November 7th, and from the looks, the adventure bike looks really promising. So, we thought of comparing the Himalayan 452 against the KTM 390 Adventure to see if it’s worth waiting for Himalayan 452 or buy the 390 Adventure.
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 has round LED headlamps and a small visor on top, and LED indicators on the sides. It has mountain graphics on the body painted in white colour on fuel tank, rides on the USD fork suspension at front with likely 19-inch wheels and monoshock adjustable suspension at rear with 17-inch wheels. The wheels are likely to be offered in alloys and spoke-wires, and disc brakes. Moving to the side, it’ll feature new digital instrument cluster, a curvy oval-shaped fuel tank, and behind it is the split seats with the pillion rider seat raised slightly. Lastly, the taillamps are LEDs.
As for the KTM 390 Adventure, it has a split LED headlamps with LED DRLs at the sides of the headlamps and LED indicators both at the front and rear. The 390 Adventure rides on 43mm Upside Down fork suspension at the front with 19-inch wheels and monoshock 10-step adjustable suspension for pre-load at the rear with 17-inch wheels. The wheels are available either in alloys, or spoke wires. It has a full-digital TFT display for instrument cluster, the fuel tank is curvy oval type shape, and it sports split seats with the pillion rider seat raised a little bit, and the taillamps at the rear are LEDs.

In the end, the decision to buy which Adventure bike depends totally on you, however, it is recommended to wait for the RE Himalayan 452 as more details are yet to be revealed officially, but if you can’t wait, you can go ahead and buy the KTM 390 Adventure as the bike’s engine power and performance is very good, the TFT display shows navigations, and so much more.
