Royal Enfield later this year will be launching a new 450cc bike that uses the same engine as the Himalayan 450. This new bike is the Guerrilla 450 which will sit below the Himalayan 450 in the line-up. Let’s list down all the details!
Recent spy shots provide an even closer look at the upcoming Royal Enfield 450cc bike, revealing several key details, like it features a round LED headlight, a single-pod instrument console, a single-piece seat, and a wide-looking fuel tank. To keep costs low, the Guerrilla 450 might use a different instrument cluster than the Himalayan 450. However, it appears to share the same tail setup as its ADV counterpart.

The Guerrilla 450 exhibits noticeably different hardware and stance compared to the Himalayan. It is equipped with gaitered telescopic front forks instead of the Himalayan’s USD units. Additionally, the new Royal Enfield 450 bike comes with alloy wheels, which allow for the use of tubeless tyres. It has a more road-oriented design and a lower stance, making it better suited for city riding.Powering the Guerrilla 450 is the same Sherpa 450 engine found in the Himalayan 450. This 452cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder motor produces 39.47 BHP at 8000 RPM and 40 NM of Torque at 5500 RPMS. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.The upcoming Guerrilla 450 is expected to be priced lower than the Himalayan 450.
