A disturbing incident of road rage unfolded on the Ambarnath-Badlapur road in Maharashtra, involving a family dispute within the Sharma household. The altercation saw 38-year-old Satish Sharma allegedly ramming his black Tata Safari into his father’s Toyota Fortuner in a fit of rage. The incident occurred in the middle of the road, with Satish reportedly striking the Fortuner twice—first from behind and then, after making a U-turn, from the front.
The Toyota Fortuner, driven by Satish’s father, Bindeshwar Sharma, had multiple family members on board, including Satish’s wife and son. Despite the presence of numerous onlookers, Satish’s aggressive actions continued unabated, leading to injuries for five people, including family members and bystanders. Those injured have been taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.In a particularly harrowing moment, Satish even dragged a motorcyclist under his SUV for a short distance, though the individual miraculously survived. Both the Safari and the Fortuner suffered extensive damage in the incident. Following this shocking turn of events, Bindeshwar Sharma filed an FIR against his son, with charges including attempted murder.
