The New Taisor, Toyota’s first crossover subcompact SUV, will soon be unveiled in the Indian market. With its powerful engine, striking design language, and affordable price tag, this might redefine Toyota’s position in this segment.
Toyota’s upcoming Taisor will soon make its market debut, positioning it to compete in the subcompact crossover segment. Along with its competitive price tag and Toyota’s legendary reliability, this crossover will be loaded with features and performance.
The new Taisor, which is based on the Maruti Fronx, is probably going to have a redesigned front and back fascia to give it a more muscular character. Expect this Toyota Taisor to stand out from the crowd with its newly designed LED headlamp setup, unique connected crisp LED taillights at the back, and body cladding with stunning alloy wheels. While the cabin’s dashboard arrangement may resemble that of the Fronx, Toyota could have added a few personal touches to set it apart.
The New Taisor is expected to come with two engine options from Toyota: a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated dual-jet petrol engine that produces 89 horsepower and is linked to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox, and a 1.0-liter BoosterJet turbocharged engine that produces 99 horsepower and is mated to a 5-speed manual or 6-speed AMT gearbox. Toyota may soon provide a CNG version of the new Taisor.
