Tata’s first coupe SUV, Curvv was recently unveiled on July 19th with Tata debuting production-spec version of both ICE and EV. Now, new details of the EV has surfaced online about the battery specs.

The Tata Curvv EV will come with two battery options – higher-spec variants will feature a 55kWh battery pack, while the lower-end variants are likely to use the 40.5kWh battery from the Nexon Long Range.
Although the range for the 55 kWh battery hasn’t been disclosed yet, it is expected to exceed 550 km, considering the 40.5kWh battery offers an ARAI-certified range of 465km. In comparison, the Curvv EV will face competition from upcoming rivals like the Creta EV and Maruti eVX, which are expected to offer 45kWh and 60kWh batteries, respectively.
