Tata Tiago facelift along with the updated version of Tigor compact sedan as well as Nexon compact SUV has been revealed a few days back and the official bookings for these three updated models are already underway.Along with getting a host of design and feature upgrades, the 2020 models of these Tata cars have also got variant wise feature update as well.
While the Nexon facelift continued to be offered with Diesel engine option in BS-VI era, Tiago and Tigor facelift losses it.Now both the cars in 2020 are petrol only offering, which is the 1.2 L Revotron unit mated to both manual and automatic gearbox.
Tiago Facelift will come in a total of 4 variant options – XE, XT, XZ and XZ+ with XZ and top end XZ+ variant also offering automatic option as well.

Tiago Facelift 2020 can be had in a total of 6 colour schemes – Flame Red, Victory Yellow, Tectonic Blue, Pearlescent White, Daytona Grey.A black contrasting roof will be available with all the exterior colour paint options.
With the facelift, Tiago has got the 1.05 L 3 cylinder Revotorq unit discountinued which used to generate 140 NM of maximum torque.Now it comes only in BS6 compliant 1.2 litre 3 cylinder Revotorq petrol unit with 5 speed manual and 5 speed automatic transmission option with power and torque output figures of 84 BHP @ 6000 RPM and 114 NM @ 3500 RPM.In terms of specs and platform, it remains unchanged.The length, width, height and wheelbase of Tiago Facelift are 3746 mm, 1647 mm, 1535 mm and 2400 mm respectively.The total boot space is 242 Litres.
The price of Tiago will go up in 2020 by around Rs. 45,000.The pre facelift Tiago which comes in both petrol and diesel variant is priced between Rs. 4.55 Lakhs to Rs. 6.97 Lakhs (Ex Showroom Price).Neoxon, Tigor and Tiago facelift will be launched in India in the later half of this month after their scheduled launch of premium hatchback Altroz in India on January 22.
