Tata’s new i20 N-line rival is coming soon: All the details.

Tata Motors intends to introduce a new racing edition of the Altroz hatchback later this year. It will look sportier and have a new power source installed. The Hyundai N-Line i20 will face competition from this.

The New Tata Altroz Racer: What’s New?

This year, Tata’s Gold Standarded Hatchy will make its debut sporting a fresh look. This year, the all-new Tata Altroz racer edition will go on sale. Packed with technical and cosmetic upgrades, it will be the most powerful hatchback available with Tata’s five-star safety rating.

Design and styling:

In terms of style, the new Altroz racer edition will resemble the standard Altroz, but it will probably get a new paint job in red and black to give it a distinctive racer look, along with white stripes across the hood and a new 16-inch black alloy, as demonstrated in the Auto Expo.

A new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system is anticipated for the dashboard, and the interior is probably going to have a granite-black motif with red accents throughout to create a sporty vibe. There will also be ventilated seats with red and white stripe embroidery. It has a flawless race car feel overall.

With a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine producing 118.35 Bhp of power and 170 Nm of peak torque, the new Altroz racer is expected to be much more powerful than the standard Altroz. A 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT, similar to the previous Tata cars, are the predicted gearbox options for the new Altroz Racer.
