Tata Motors is all set to unveil its most anticipated SUV tomorrow on July 19th. Tata after teasing the SUV will be showcasing both the ICE and the electric version of the SUV with launch taking place on August 7th. Here’s everything you need to know before it officially launches!
2024 Tata Curvv: Exterior!
The Tata Curvv features a distinctive coupe-like roofline, setting it apart from traditional SUVs like the Creta and Seltos. It has larger, connected LED DRLs similar to the Nexon, a piano black and body-color grille, and a redesigned front bumper with new LED headlamps and fog lamp housings. The front air intake and faux silver skid plates are inspired by the Nexon.
Notable side features include door-mounted wing mirrors and flush door handles, a first for Tata. The rear sports a dark-tinted LED light bar, connected LED tail-lamps, and vertically positioned air inlets. Top trim features include a 360 Surround View Camera, connected LED DRLs, vertically split LED headlamps, and 18-inch alloy wheels.

2024 Tata Curvv: Interior!
The interior of the Curvv is reminiscent of the Nexon but offers several upgrades. These include a 12.3-inch infotainment system, a 4-spoke illuminated steering wheel (similar to the Harrier and Safari), a 10.25-inch digital cockpit cluster, a touch-sensitive HVAC panel, a round dial for drive modes, an electronic parking brake, and a dual-pane sunroof.
2024 Tata Curvv: Engine Specs!
The Curvv will offer two engine options: a 1.2L turbo petrol engine producing 123.29 BHP and 225 NM torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT gearbox; and a 1.5L diesel engine from the Nexon, delivering 113.31 BHP and 260 NM torque, with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox options.

Upon launch which is taking place on August 7th, it’ll compete directly with the upcoming Citroen Basalt SUV and rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, VW Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota UC Hyryder, Honda Elevate, and Citroen C3 Aircross.
