Maruti Suzuki is raising it’s game in safety and convenience with the introduction of a 360 Degree surround view Camera — an first-in segment in the compact sedan category. This feature allows drivers to have an all-around view, making parking and maneuvering in tight spaces significantly easier. A rare offering in this segment, it enhances visibility and elevates safety standards for the Dzire, giving it a unique edge over its competitors.
The 2024 Dzire boasts a new 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system which is the best-in segment beating the Aura with 8-inch display, and Tigor & Amaze with 7-inch display. Maruti’s 9-inch SmartPlayPro+ Infotainment System displays vehicle stats, music control, along with other things, but also supports wireless Apple Carplay & Android Auto which is another good thing for consumers.
For the first time in the compact sedan segment, Maruti Suzuki introduces a single-pane sunroof, adding a touch of luxury to the Dzire. The sunroof elevates the overall aesthetic of the vehicle, allowing occupants to enjoy a more spacious and open cabin ambiance. This feature is likely reserved for higher-end variants which adds a premium feel to the Dzire, positioning it as an appealing choice for buyers seeking a feature-rich, compact sedan.
Another first-in-segment feature which could be in the new Dzire is the heads-up display (HUD). The HUD provides vital information such as speed, navigation directions, and fuel efficiency directly on the HUD, allowing drivers to access data without taking their eyes off the road. This tech-driven addition is seen on models like the Baleno, Fronx, and Brezza, but Maruti may offer this with Dzire as well as it enhances driver convenience and safety, further distinguishing the Dzire as a modern and advanced option in the compact sedan category.
With these new additions, Maruti Suzuki is looking to redefine what a compact sedan can offer. The 2025 Dzire’s blend of first-in-segment features, from the 360-degree camera and 9-inch infotainment system to the sunroof and HUD, elevates the vehicle’s appeal and positions it as a strong contender in the competitive compact sedan market.
The 4th generation Dzire isn’t just an evolution; it’s a statement by Maruti Suzuki, aiming to set new benchmarks for style, technology, and convenience in the compact sedan segment.
