Hyundai has sent out “Block Your Date” notification for it’s best-selling SUV, Creta Facelift on the 16th January, 2024. The SUV is set to undergo major changes from the outside as well as from the inside and will get some new features which could be game-changing in the segment. Here we’ll list down all the information we’ve on the upcoming SUV.
The Front profile features L-shaped LED DRLs which are connected by the LED light bar, and its positioned above the big grille. The bumpers of the SUV are updated, the tailgate has been redesigned and looks similar to the Venue. Additionally, the SUV gets a split unit vertical LED headlamp design and cube like detailing, and updated front grille. The spy shots while revealed that the 17-inch alloy wheel design is the same as the outgoing version, however, there has been other test mules spotted with larger 18-inch alloy wheels.
Jumping to the interiors, it was fully covered, but still from what it looks like, it’ll sport dual 10.25-inch displays similar to the new-gen Verna, redesigned dashboard and center console, and no other major change is expected although new shades for the seat upholstery is expected.

In Engine Options, the Hyundai Creta will continue to sport the 1.5 L 4 Cylinder Petrol, and the 1.5 L 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine. However, Hyundai will introduce a new engine for the Creta which we have seen it in the Alcazar, and the Verna. The 1.5 L Turbo Petrol Engine which produces 157.57 BHP and 253 NM of torque paired with the 6 Speed Manual, and 7 Speed DCT Gearbox.
The Creta already comes with features like ventilated seats, 8-way powered adjustable driver seat, wireless charging, ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof and so much more. We know now confirmed it’ll get 360 Surround View Camera with front and rear parking sensors, heated seats, possibly co-driver powered seats, and Level 2 ADAS with features same as the 2023 Hyundai Verna such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring System, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Warning, Auto High Beam Assist, and many more.
The Outgoing version is price between Rs. 10.87 – Rs. 19.20 lakh and with a price hike coming in January 2024, we expect Hyundai to price the Creta Facelift at Rs. 11 Lakhs as it sounds reasonable given the price hike alert has been already been given. On its launch, it’ll compete with Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, MG Astor, and Citroen C3 Aircross.
