Mahindra launched the Marazzo MPV in India on September 3,2018.It is offered in 4 variants and the price starts from Rs. 10 Lakhs(Ex-Showroom,Delhi).Mahindra has filled the gap between Maruti Ertiga and Toyota Innova Crysta with the launch of Marazzo.So here are some of the reasons why you should consider buying the Mahindra Marazzo 2018.
Mahindra vehicles have always been known for it’s excellent build quality and Mahindra Marazzo is not an exception.Mahindra claims that 52% of the body is made of high strength steel.It is based on ladder Frame Chassis with Body on frame architecture.Kerb weight of the MPV is between 1600-1640 kgs.Fit and finish inside cabin is also appreciable.
Mahindra says that the Marazzo has the highest length along with largest wheelbase in the segment.Big size windows make cabin very spacious and roomy.The spacious Mahindra Marazzo can seat upto 8 people.Mahindra has managed the space so well that even a 6-foot tall person can sit comfortably in the 3rd row.It has best-in class shoulder room in 1st and 2nd row.Bootspace is 190 litres and if we turn down the 2nd and 3rd row seats(with 60:40 split function),the cargo space increases upto 1055 litres.
Mahindra Marazzo comes with industry 1st surround cool technology.The rear A/C is setup in a longitudinal layout,with a choice of either direct or diffused flow,therefore enhancing comfort.The best thing is that these rear air-cons are provided right from the M2 model.Along with Fully Automatic A/C,Marazzo’s cabin cools fastest in the class.
Marazzo comes with certain first-in segment features like 2nd row sunshade along with other premium features like cruise controls,puddle lamps(which Mahindra calls Entry Assist Lamps),cornering lamps,cooled glove box with illumination,8-way adjustable driver seat,2 USB in front,1 in rear,premium instrument cluster,reverse camera with zoom and multiple parking guideline,vanity minor with light,conversation mirror are some of the amazing features which make Marazzo a good choice.
Marazzo sports a streamlined design with shark cues evident in the exterior in the form of front grille inspired from shark’s teeth,and Marazzo’s tail lamp which looks similar to shark’s tail and also the shark finn antenna.Along with this,Marazzo sits on large and super stylish 17-inch machined alloys.
Mahindra Marazzo comes with stylish dual tone premium interiors with piano black dashboard along with pearl white,piano black and chrome finishes contributing to that premium look.It also sports luxurious leatherette upholstery with padded armrest on door panels.It also features futuristic MID with purple illumination and is multi-informational.There is also aircraft inspired braking lever for greater style and ergonomics.The 2nd and 3rd row seats can be folded with one-touch tumble down plus the driver seat is also 8-way electrically adjustable.Mahindra has made use of certain stylish elements like chrome inside door handles and super sporty steering wheel with piano black finish.
Mahindra claims that Marazzo has the quietest cabin with excellent sound insulation in it’s class.Marazzo has worked to give Marazzo outside sound proof cabin with less noise and vibration.
Plenty of storage spaces is available in Marazzo.There is a sunglass holder in the cooled and illuminated glovebox.Bottle holders are found on each door.Each row gets a cupholder plus there is a storage bin in the dashboard.Umbrella holder is there on passenger side.Marazzo features first-in segment tambour door which offers space for some small items and two cupholders.
