Toyota has re-opened bookings for the ZX and ZX (O) Hybrid after they were temporarily halted last year due to insane amount of bookings leading to supply-related issues. Moreover, the price of the Hybrid variants has been effectively hiked by 1%.
Toyota had earlier announced it’ll increase the prices of some variants of specific models by 1%. So, now the Innova HyCross Hybrid variants costs between Rs. 25.97 to Rs. 30.98 Lakh for the ZX (O) Hybrid variant. The prices have increased by Rs. 15,000 – Rs. 30,000 depending on the variant. On the other hand, the non-hybrid variants of the MPV costs between Rs. 19.77 to Rs. 19.82 Lakh.

Toyota Innova HyCross comes powered with two engine options – 2.0 L Petrol Engine generating 172.99 BHP and 209 NM of torque mated to an CVT Gearbox; and then there is the 2.0 L Petrol Hybrid Engine producing 183 BHP and 206 NM of torque mated to an eCVT Gearbox.
Toyota will also soon introduce a new variant which isn’t a Hybrid called the GX (O) with available configurations – 7 or 8-Seater Options. It’ll have extra features compared to GX Variant such as LED Fog Lights, Rear Window Defogger, Automatic Climate Control, Rear AC, Dual-tone Seat Upholstery, Soft-touch Dashboard, Rear Sunshades [7-Seater Only], 360 Surround View Camera, Front Parking Sensors, and 10.1-inch Infotainment System with Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto.
The Innova HyCross has no direct rivals but in 7-Seater Space, it competes with Tata Safari, Mahindra XUV700, Hyundai Alcazar, Kia Carens, and Maruti XL6.
