The Triumph Speed 400 has a round LED headlamps with LED DRLS at the center and LED bullet indicators. At the front, it has 43mm upside down Big Piston forks suspension, and the rear it’s equipped with monoshock adjustable suspension. The Speed 400 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with front wheel equipped with 300mm four-piston calliper disc brake, and rear is equipped with 230mm floating calliper disc brake with ABS. Moving to the side, it has oval-shaped 13 litres fuel tank, one single-piece seat behind the fuel tank at 790mm saddle height, single-pod Digi-analog instrument cluster, and the side mirrors are fitted at the ends of the handlebar. It also has twin-exhuast at the rear with stainless steel silencer.
The Harley-Davidson X400 comes with a round LED headlamps with big element at the center of the headlamp acting as an LED DRL and round LED indictors at the sides of the headlamps. The X400 at the front has a USD 43mm Double Cartridge Fork Suspension and 7-step adjustable monoshock suspension at the rear. It rides on 18-inch alloy wheels at front with front wheels equipped with 320mm 2-piston calliper disc brake, and 17-inch wheels at rear that is equipped with 240mm disc brake. Moving to the side, the body is very bold and therefore it has a sort-of a oval shape 13.5 litres fuel tank, a single piece seat split into two with 805mm saddle height, single-pod digital instrument cluster, and the side mirrors are placed next to the master cylinders on the handlebar. It has single exhaust finished in full black.
The Yezdi Roadster features a round LED headlamp with a small visor on top and rides on telescopic fork and coil spring suspension at the front with 18-inch alloy wheels and Twin shock absorbers with gas canisters suspension at the rear with 17-inch alloy wheels. It has oval-shaped fuel tank that stores 12.5-litres fuel and a big single seat with no split in between as it’s height is 790mm and below is the twin exhausts. It has a small round TFT LCD display with bluetooth connectivity, and the rear it has LED taillamps with halogen indicators both front and rear. The Yezdi offers disc brakes for both front and rear wheels. The wheelbase of the roadster is 1440mm with ground clearance of 175mm, and has a kerb weight of 184 kg.
The KTM Duke 250 is a naked roadster bike that at the front has a split LED headlamps with indicators on the headlamp unit. It rides on 43mm WP APEX USD forks at the front with 17-inch wheels that is equipped with 320mm Disc with Radially mounted calliper, and at the rear it rides on 10-step adjustable monoshock suspension with 17-inch wheels that is equipped with 230mm with floating calliper. Moving to the side, it has 13.4 litre fuel tank and rider seat that’s set at a height of 822mm, and behind is the pillion seat with LED taillights behind. It’s got an LCD digital instrument cluster and exposed handlebar and no visor in front of it. The Duke 290 has a ground clearance of 151mm, and kerb weight of 170 kg.

When it comes to Powertrains, the Triumph Speed 400 is powered by the 398.15cc Liquid-cooled, 4 valve, DOHC, single-cylinder engine producing 39.5 bhp and 37.5 Nm of torque mated to 6-speed Gearbox. The Harley-Davidson X400 on the other hand is powered by the 440cc Single Cylinder, Air-Oil Cooled, Long Stroke Engine producing 27 bhp and 40 Nm of torque mated to 6-speed Gearbox. As you can see, the Triumph Speed 400 is more powerful than the Harley-Davidson X400.

The Yezdi Roadster is powered by a 334cc Single cylinder, 4 Stroke, Liquid Cooled, DOHC engine that puts out 29.29 bhp and 29 Nm of torque mated to a 6-speed Manual Gearbox and has a fuel efficiency of 28.53 kmpl in City and has Highway mileage of 32.16 kmpl. The KTM 250 Duke is powered by the 248.76cc Single Cylinder, Liquid Cooled, DOHC, FI Engine producing 29.59 bhp and 24 Nm of torque mated to 6-speed Gearbox and it gives fuel efficiency of 30.8 kmpl.

The Triumph Speed 400 has only one variant that is priced at Rs. 2.33 lakh, however, for the first 10,000 customers, the pricing is currently at Rs. 2.23 lakh. The Harley-Davidson X440 on the other hand is priced at Rs. 2.29 lakh for the Denim variant, Rs. 2.49 lakh for the Vivid variant, and Rs. 2.69 lakh for the S Variant. The Yezdi Roadster starts at Rs. 2.02 lakh for the Inferno Red color option and goes up to Rs. 2.14 lakh for the Chrome Gallant Grey and Chrome Sin Silver color option. The KTM 250 Duke is available in one variant only and is priced at Rs. 2.38 lakh.
In the end, the decision to buy which bike depends totally on you, however, it is recommended to opt for the Triumph Speed 400 than the others given it’s way more affordable than the others, and offers powerful performance than the others. At the same time, you can also opt either Harley-Davidson X440, or Yezdi Roadster, or KTM 250 Duke as their performance nearly the same, but the Triumph Speed 400 is more affordable than others.
