Hyundai Creta EV was spotted again, but this time we can its interior how it looks reminiscent of its ICE version, except it gets new EV steering wheel seen on other international models. Here’s everything you need to know about the Creta EV Launch taking place soon!
The Hyundai Creta EV retains much of the design elements from the ICE Creta Facelift, with key updates including a closed-off grille, redesigned bumpers, LED positioning lamps, DRLs, sequential turn indicators, and a more upright front hood. The side profile remains similar but now features new aero-efficient 17-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, the Creta EV sports connected LED tail-lamps, sequential turn indicators, and an aerodynamic spoiler.

Inside, the Creta EV showcases a seamless integration of dual 10.25-inch displays for the digital cluster and infotainment system. The steering wheel, resembling that of the latest Kona electric SUV, features the new Hyundai logo for electric vehicles. The drive selector has been moved to the steering column from the center console, while other interior elements remain the same as the ICE version.
The Creta EV is equipped with a 45 kWh battery pack from LG Chem, aiming for a range of 450 km, though real-world conditions may yield 250 – 300 km. The SUV includes a regenerative braking system and fast-charging capabilities similar to the Hyundai IONIQ 5, charging from 10–80% in just 21 minutes with an ultra-fast charger.
Feature-wise, the Creta EV will include front ventilated seats, a 360 Surround View Camera, Level 2 ADAS, a powered driver seat, dual-zone climate control, front and rear parking sensors, a panoramic sunroof, Electric Parking Brake with Auto Hold, Bose Sound System, Hill Descent Control, and more. Heated front seats are expected to be a new addition.
The Hyundai Creta EV is expected to be priced between Rs. 20 – Rs. 25 lakhs. Upon its launch in 2025, it will compete with the MG ZS EV and the upcoming Tata Curvv EV. Additionally, new competitors like the Maruti eVX and Toyota Urban EV are expected to join the market around the same time.
