In the upcoming months, Mahindra is set to reveal the updated XUV300 facelift. It is expected that this new compact SUV will have several cosmetic changes in addition to major mechanical improvements over its predecessor.
This time around, the Mahindra XUV300 has undergone a complete makeover that is expected to attract a lot of buyers owing to its numerous technological improvements and aesthetic enhancements. This might cause a sudden change in the compact SUV market for Mahindra.
Mahindra has updated the front and back fascia of the new XUV300 with a focus on sportiness. Some notable features, including the bold C-shaped LED headlamps up front and the sharply angled LED tail lamps at the back, may have been carried over from Mahindra’s BE (Born Electric) range. Anticipate a massive panoramic sunroof and newly designed alloy wheels to complement the SUV’s aggressive appearance. A revamped touchscreen infotainment system with several connectivity options, leatherette interior upholstery, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster on the dashboard are all to be expected.
With the exception of upgraded emission standards, the engine options for the new XUV 300 Facelift will most likely be the same as those of the existing model. The 1.5 L Turbodiesel, which generates 117 horsepower and 300 Nm of peak torque, and the 1.2 L MPI Turbo-Petrol and TGDI, which generate 110 and 131 horsepower and 200 and 230 Nm of torque, respectively, are the two petrol variants. The same 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox, as well as an additional 6-speed torque converter automatic from Asin, are probably going to be included with the 1.2 L TGDI unit.
