2024 Jawa 42 Launched: All Details!
Mahindra-owned Classic Legends has launched the 2024 Jawa 42, a neo-retro motorcycle blending classic charm with modern performance. Priced between Rs 1.73 lakh and Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom), the Jawa 42 is offered in 14 colors, including six new options like Vega White and Celestial Copper Matte. Marketed as India’s “most revered neo-classic machine,” the 2024 model features 42+ upgrades based on customer feedback.

The motorcycle is powered by a re-engineered 294cc J-Panther single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, delivering 27.32 BHP and 26.84 NM of torque. With improvised NVH levels, gear-based throttle mapping, a slipper clutch, and a 6-speed gearbox, the Jawa 42 offers a smoother, more refined ride. Enhanced ground clearance, a comfortable seat, and re-tuned suspension make it a competitive alternative to 350cc Royal Enfield models.
