Skoda has reduced the pricing of the Slavia while also increasing some variants price. Moreover, the brand has streamlined its naming strategy to simplify the buying process and remove any sorts of confusion. Before the variants were – Active, Ambition, and Style, but now, they’re rebranded to Classic, Signature, and Prestige.

The Slavia benefits from the price revision as the base trim now starts at Rs. 10.69 Lakhs instead of Rs. 11.63 Lakhs undercutting its rivals such as the Hyundai Verna’s “EX” trim at Rs. 11 Lakh; Honda City’s “SV” trim at Rs. 12.08 Lakh, and the Volkswagen Virtus’s Comfortline trim at Rs. 11.56 Lakh. The price difference compared to the Slavia are Rs. 31,000 for Verna, Rs. 1.39 Lakh for the City, and Rs. 85,000 for the Virtus.
Variants like the Signature, Prestige with both 1.0 L and 1.5 L Turbo Engine have seen hike in price ranging between Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 36,000. It’s worth noting that the 1.5 Prestige Automatic (AT) is the exceptional in hike, and instead gets a Rs. 14,000 reduction. Other than that, the Slavia gets no other update, it’s mechanically is still the same as before. Moreover, it gets no new features, but an facelift update is coming which is expected to bring big amenities such as 360 surround view camera, heated seats, and ADAS to give a tough competition to its main rival, the Hyundai Verna.
Skoda Slavia Facelift is expected to launch in the second half of 2025.
