In February 2024, Tata Punch continues to hold the position as the best-selling car, recording sales of 18,438 units compared to 17,978 units in Jan 2024. This marked a month-on-month growth of 3%, representing a volume increase of 460 units. The surge in sales can be attributed to the recent launch of the Punch EV, boasting an array of impressive features such as a 360 Surround View Camera, a 10.25-inch digital cockpit cluster, ventilated seats, and front & rear parking sensors.
At the second position, the Nexon SUV saw a decline in sales to 14,395 units, down by 16% from 17,182 units in Jan 2024. Tata Motors recently unveiled the iCNG Concept for Nexon and also launched the Nexon EV Dark Edition. The iCNG version is expected to launch in the coming months. The Tiago secured the third spot with sales of 6,947 units from 6,482 units in January, marking a decent growth of 7% and a increase in volume by 465 units.

Tata Motors is currently in the testing phase for its upcoming Curvv SUV, slated for an early launch in the second half of 2024. The electric variant is expected to debut first, followed by the petrol version, with the diesel variant being introduced subsequently. Additionally, the Altroz Racer is undergoing testing with the incorporation of new features such as a 360-degree camera, ventilated seats, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, and front and rear parking sensors.
Furthermore, Tata Motors is also testing the Harrier EV and Safari EV. While the Harrier EV showcased at BME 2024 was confirmed to be production-ready, further testing is underway. However, it’s anticipated that both the Harrier EV and Safari EV will likely be launched before the end of the year.
