New Royal Enfield Scrambler 650
Royal Enfield’s upcoming 650cc scrambler has been spotted testing, indicating an imminent launch. Based on the Interceptor 650 platform, it will feature several changes for better adventure capabilities. The bike is expected to have a 19-17-inch spoke wheel combination and increased suspension travel, contributing to a taller stance and higher ground clearance for off-roading. New features include unique seat design, underseat panels, and fenders.
Technologically, the scrambler appears more advanced than current models, with a round digital console similar to the Himalayan 450, likely offering Bluetooth connectivity and GPS navigation. The lighting system seems to be fully LED, including turn indicators. It will be powered by the same 648cc parallel-twin engine producing 47 BHP and 52 NM of torque, possibly with tuning adjustments to suit the scrambler’s character.
It’s expected to launch by the end of this year, or in early 2025.

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 350, based on the Classic 350, shares similar styling elements including the headlight nacelle, front fender, and fork sleeves. It features LED turn indicators, an ape hanger handlebar, and more forward-set footpegs for an upright riding stance. The pillion seat is removable, with a different grab rail and construction compared to the Shotgun 650.
It also has a rear tyre-hugging fender and a slash-cut exhaust for a bobber look, along with spoke wheels and white-walled tyres. The Shotgun 350 will be powered by the same 349cc, single-cylinder engine as the Classic 350, delivering 19.93 BHP and 27 NM of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
It’s also expected to launch later this year with expected price of Rs. 2.2 Lakh.
