Mahindra XUV700 has received another big update, and many are wondering what is this new update. Well, Mahindra achieved a production of milestone of 2 Lakh Units with the XUV700, and to celebrate that, they’ve launched 2 new paint schemes. Check out below to find out what are those!

Mahindra has expanded the color options for its XUV700 by introducing two new paint schemes: Deep Forest and Burnt Sienna. The new colors mark the celebration of reaching the production milestone of 2 Lakh Units. While Deep Forest has been available on other Mahindra SUVs, Burnt Sienna is unique to the XUV700 SUV. With the addition of 2 new paint schemes, the XUV700 is now available in Electric Blue, Matte Blaze Red, Midnight Black, Red Rage, Napoli Black, Dazzling Silver, and Everest White.

Mahindra recently also unveiled new variants of the XUV700. The AX5 Select variant, priced at Rs. 16.89 Lakh (ex-showroom), features a 7-seat layout. Positioned in the mid-range of the variant lineup, the AX5 Select includes features like a panoramic sunroof or as Mahindra terms it, “Skyroof”, a 10.25-inch infotainment screen, and a push-button start/stop function. The brand is also developing an automatic transmission for the base MX variant.
It has 2 Engine Options on offer – 2.2 L Turbo Petrol delivers 197 BHP and 380 NM Torque while the 2.2 L Diesel engine produces 152 BHP and 360 NM Torque for lower trims, and 182 BHP and 420 NM Torque for Manual and 450 NM Torque for Automatic Gearbox in higher trims. Both the engines get 6 Speed Manual (MT) and Torque-Converter Automatic Gearbox.
Mahindra achieved the 2 Lakh Production Milestone in just 33 Months since the first time the SUV was on sale. Moreover, the SUV holds a 5 Star Global NCAP Safety Rating making it one of the safest SUVs for the Indian roads.
