This year, Hyundai Motors is set to launch 3 new ICE SUVs tailored for the Indian market. These SUVs are undergoing facelift updates, bringing significant changes to their exterior and interior designs, along with the introduction of new features, and a new performance SUV for sports car enthusiasts. Here’s a comprehensive overview of what you can expect from the upcoming 3 Hyundai SUVs!
New Hyundai Creta N-Line (Expected: February – March 2024)
Hyundai launched the Creta Facelift on 16th January, and since then it looks people are very much interested in buying the SUV given the amount of features it gets, and how luxurious the interiors look. Few days ago, Hyundai was spotted testing the N-Line version of the Creta which will get cosmetic changes red highlights across the body, red brake callipers, body coloured door handles, new 18-inch Alloy Wheels with N-Line badging, and N-Line badging on the front fender. The interiors won’t see any changes except for the red highlights like red accents for the seats, centre console, dashboard, and panoramic sunroof.
The engine options will likely be the 1.5 L Turbo Petrol Engine producing 157.57 BHP and 253 NM of torque mated to 7 Speed DCT Gearbox. However, we could see the 6 Speed Manual Gearbox option for the SUV being offered by Hyundai to make it slightly more affordable than just offering the DCT Gearbox option only. Moreover, in features, it’s likely we’ll get DashCam with Dual Cameras, front and rear, and other than it will be almost nothing.

Hyundai Alcazar Facelift (Expected: H1 2024)
The new Alcazar Facelift will closely resemble the Creta facelift like connected LED DRLs, connected LED Taillights, and Quad-Beam LED Headlamps; while the bumpers and the front radiator grille design will be slightly updated to differentiate the two SUVs against each other. The interiors will closely look the same as the recently launched Creta Facelift like seamless integrated dual 10.25-inch displays, touch-sensitive HVAC control, redesigned centre console, new 4-spoke steering wheel, and much more. The 2nd row might get new captain seats upholstery design to enhance the feeling. Rest of it will remain the same.
In Engine Options, the Alcazar will continue to be powered by the same 1.5 L Turbo Petrol with 6 Speed Manual and 7 Speed DCT Gearbox and the 1.5 L Diesel Engine with 6 Speed Manual and Automatic Gearbox. The Alcazar will be getting new features like co-driver powered seats, powered tailgate, dual-zone climate control, and Level 2 ADAS with features same as the 2023 Hyundai Verna such as Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Monitoring System, and many more.
We expect Hyundai to launch the Alcazar Facelift to launch in the first half of 2024 with expected price of Rs. 17 lakhs.
Hyundai Tucson Facelift (Expected: Mid 2024)
Hyundai had globally unveiled the new Tucson Facelift and is expected to make its way to India by Mid 2024. It will have more tough external and interior improvements, and it will flaunt a “Sensuous Sportiness” design language. Redesigned LED lights, a redesigned front grille, a lower bumper, large fake skid plates, and lower air dams are a few examples of these.
Moreover, it’ll get new dual 12.3-inch display for the infotainment system and instrument cluster, the cabin has also been redesigned with a new steering wheel and dashboard design. The cabin improvements also include premium seating, including an 8-way adjustable passenger seat, a 10-way adjustable driver seat with memory capability, and heated and ventilated rear seats. A 2.0L gasoline and 2.0 L diesel engine paired with a 6 Speed Manual or 8 Speed Automatic Gearbox will power the facelifted Hyundai Tucson.
