Mahindra XUV300 Facelift (Expected Near the End of 2023)
Mahindra was recently spotted testing the XUV300 facelift with new tailgate which is flatter and possibly connected LED light bar with the taillights. From what was seen in the spy shots, the XUV300 will remain unchanged except for the cosmetic changes, and it could get a new alloy wheel sets as well. The interiors of the XUV300 in the spy shots cannot be seen, but Mahindra could add new features in the SUV such as bigger infotainment system, ventilated seats, digital instrument cluster, and many more. The design could change due to Mahindra cutting ties with Ssangyong, Korean carmaker as the current XUV300 design is styled in line with the Ssangyong Tivoli. Mahindra could take new design cues from the XUV700, or Scorpio-N.
Mahindra XUV700 Facelift (Expected Before the End of 2023)
The XUV700 launched in 2022 and it quickly reached the 1.5 lakh bookings with many customers still waiting to get the deliveries of the current XUV700. However, Mahindra was spotted testing the XUV700 Facelift few months ago and since then, it was not seen testing. The XUV700 won’t get a major exterior change and will most likely tweaked the front design to make it look muscular and aggressive. At the rear, it is possible it could get connected LED taillights with a LED light bar in between as many carmakers are doing it these days. From the inside, very minor changes would take place like the dashboard layout could be slightly change, or new dual-tone option for the interiors, other than that, nothing, it’ll have the dual 10.25-inch displays. Mahindra could introduce new features such as ventilated seats, cooled glovebox, and additional ADAS features to stay ahead in the competition. Moreover, it could update it’s two engines, turbo diesel and turbo petrol engines to make it RDE and E20 compliant.

At the front, the Thar has a round headlamps with six vertical bars on the grille, the front bumper is made of hard plastic, and flat bonnet. From the side, well, it has an extra door on both sides with square windows, step-up side plate, and 18-inch alloy wheels, and a single-pane sunroof on top.
From the inside, the 3-door Thar has a 7-inch infotainment system which really looks outdated and does not blend with the dashboard design of the Thar. So, to stay updated, Mahindra could add the 8-inch infotainment system which will be the same as the one in Scorpio-N with updated UI and refreshed. In the back seats, the 3-door versions is split in 50:50 ratio and less space was there and was less comfy. However, in the 5-door Thar, it will have more room in the back to give better space and comfort as the seats will be split in 60:40 ratio.
