The XUV700 launched in 2022 and it quickly reached the 1.5 lakh bookings with many customers still waiting to get the deliveries of the current XUV700. However, Mahindra was spotted testing the XUV700 Facelift few months ago and since then, it was not seen testing. From we could see from the spy shots, here are the five things it will be getting in the facelift –
Cosmetic Changes
The XUV700 won’t get a major exterior change and will most likely tweaked the front design to make it look muscular and aggressive. At the rear, it is possible it could get connected LED taillights with a LED light bar in between as many carmakers are doing it these days. From the inside, very minor changes would take place like the dashboard layout could be slightly change, or new dual-tone option for the interiors, other than that, nothing, it’ll have the dual 10.25-inch displays.
New Features
When it comes to features, the XUV700 already is loaded with tons of features such as 360-degree camera, 12-speaker Sony 3D sound system, 2-zone climate control, 6-way Power Adjustable Driver Seat, electric parking brake, panoramic sunroof, Level 1 ADAS with Adaptive Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking, and many more. Mahindra could introduce new features such as ventilated seats, cooled glovebox, and additional ADAS features to stay ahead in the competition.

Launch
As for the Launch, Mahindra has been testing the XUV700 facelift for more than half a year, so it is possible it’ll launch later this year and rival the Tata Safari, Tata Harrier, MG Hector, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar. Tata is also expected to launch the facelift of Safari and Harrier in October 2023, so Mahindra could launch the facelift before the year ends.
