Hyundai hasn’t made any changes in design, features, and powertrains of the SUV with the 2024 Palisade!

Hyundai Motors has launched a new black edition for it’s flagship SUV, Palisade, and a new Le Blanc variant that is slotted above the base Exclusive variant.

Hyundai Palisade 2024 – What you need to know!

Hyundai’s flagship SUV, Palisade, has got a new variant, ‘Le Blanc’ that is positioned above the base Exclusive variant and between mid-spec Prestige variant while Calligraphy is still the top variant. With the introduction of new variant, there is no design change, or addition of features, or a new engine, everything remains the same except for the addition of a new Black Edition of Calligraphy variant.

The Le Blanc variant even it’s one variant above the base variant, it still has tons of features such as 20-inch alloy wheels, electric tailgate, powered adjustable front seats, neutral leather seats, dual 12.3-inch displays – one as instrument cluster and one as infotainment system, wireless charging pad, and Hyundai’s SmartSense or ADAS tech. The interiors are gray with contrasting Black elements.

The Palisade is powered by two V6 petrol engines – 3.5-litre V6 petrol engine that produces 273.21 bhp and 335 Nm of torque paired to 8-speed Automatic Gearbox. Then there is the 3.8-litre V6 petrol engine that produces 290.96 bhp and 440 Nm of torque mated to an 8-speed Automatic Gearbox. The Palisade has a straight 4-cylinder diesel engine which produces 197.26 bhp and 440 Nm of torque paired to 8-speed Automatic Gearbox. On Palisade, Front-Wheel-Drive (FWD) is standard, but the option for All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) is available with all powertrains.

The Calligraphy Black Edition covers the parametric front grille, bumpers, door garnish, skid plates, and headlamps housings in dark black finish. The dark 20-inch alloy wheels, black roof rails, aluminum console top cover, are exclusive to Black Edition. From the inside, the Black Edition has quilted suede nappa leather upholstery.

Only Hyundai and God knows when the Palisade will launch in India as currently, Hyundai in India is focused to launch the Micro SUV, Exter, on July 10th.
