New Ecosport 2018 S and Signature Edition are all set to launch soon.New models will be loaded with tons of safety and premium features.Recently,Titanium S and Signature Edition has been spotted testing on indian roads.These two premium models are introduced to keep up the pace with it’s competitors.Here are the full details of New Ecosport S and Signature Edition.
Dimensions
In terms of dimensions,New Ecosport 2018 S and Signature remains unchanged.It will measure 3998mm in length,1765mm wide and 1647mm tall.Wheelbase of the compact SUV is 2519mm along with 352 litres bootspace and 52 litres of fuel tank capacity. Exterior
New Ecosport models-Titanium S and Signature Edition will only get minor updates in terms of exterior looks.The Ford’s compact SUV gets a blacked out front grille with chrome borders.New Smoked HID headlamps with with LED DRLs and fog lamps adds to the muscular look further.Ford is offering new 17-inch laser/diamond cut alloys in these two variants.
The main highlight of these two new models is Electric Sunroof,which is available on both trims.Rear wipers also are provided in New Ecosport 2018 S and Signature.Along with this 2018 Ecosport gets big integrated Rear spoiler which looks very stylish.Also Signature Edition sports signature badging under the ecosport badge on rear end of the car.Glossy black finish on fog lamp housing is an addition.
Interior
The cabin of New Ecosport 2018 S features all black interior with blue contrast stitching and satin orange inserts on doors,upholstrey and centre console.On the other hand,Signature gets blue inserts instead of orange ones.8-inch Infotainment system with Ford SYNC3,that supports Apple Carplay.Android Auto and other apps.Ecosport 2018 S and Both the variant gets all new 4.2-inch MID in instrument cluster.MID will be more advanced and multi informational than the outgoing model.Aluminium pedal adds to the richness of the car.
Safety Features

Features on offer
Same features on ongoing models will continue in Titanium S and Signature Edition like TPMS,push button start/stop and cruise controls.New 17-inch diamond cut alloys an electric sunroof are the premium add-on features.
Engine Options
Ecosport S 2018 will be available in 1.0L Ecoboost Petrol Engine along with 1.5L Diesel Engine.The 1.0L motor has class leading figures of 125bhp power and 170nm of torque.Ecosport Signature would get 1.5L Ti-VCT Dragon series Petrol engine and 1.5L Diesel unit.Both these units will be mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and 5-speed automatic gearbox.
Colour Options
While the S trim would continue in all the colour schemes,the signature is likely to get only four colours.These are-blue,black,silver and blue.
Launch Date
Ecosport S along with Signature Edition will launch on May 17.
Price
While the S model will be a premium model and will be kept above Titanium+,The Signature Edition will be based on Titanium model.Signature Edition will be priced 1 lakh above Titanium variant.While the S trim would be most premium model of Ecosport.Pricing of the S unit is expected to be around Rs. 12 Lakhs(On-Road Price).one lakh costlier than Titanium+.
