With its cutting-edge technologies, Tata Motors is set to launch the Curvv, the first SUV in the market with coupe-like styling, opening up a new market niche and setting the standard for upcoming competitors.
The All-New SUV: Tata Curvv
Tata is about to release the Curvv, its first coupe-style SUV, onto the market. Its unique coupe-like appearance, several innovative technology, and Tata’s safety features will make this car a game-changer for the automaker in the compact SUV market.’
Tata Curvv: Exteriors and Interiors

Similar to its concept model displayed at the most recent Auto Expo 2023, the New Curvv shares a similar design language. A thin LED DRL strip and a new triangular projector arrangement positioned on the front bumper are expected to give it an aggressive and sleek appearance. A new set of aggressive alloy wheels will draw attention to its distinctive characteristics, and its coupe-like rear end with its sharply joined taillamp arrangement should make an incredible visual statement. Expect a redesigned infotainment system with a digital touchscreen and numerous sporty tweaks, as well as a new dashboard arrangement with various technological elements. All things considered, it will be the ideal combination of comfort and technology inside, with an aesthetic attractiveness.
Tata Curvv: Engine Specs
To make a significant impression in the EV segment and to broaden its product line, Tata Motors will first exclusively introduce the New Curvv in EV form. The automakers recently announced that their pure electric architecture, Acti.ev, coupled with several next-generation technologies, is probably the framework for it. This makes the Curvv Ev the most practical electric compact SUV available, with an estimated range of 400 to 600 km* on a single charge. To compete with the other compact SUVs on the market, the automaker may later come up with an ICE version.

Tata Curvv: Variant-Way Prices
A brand-new product that falls in between compact and SUV territory is the Tata Curvv Ev. Given that it is the only electric coupe in its class, its estimated selling price (ex-showroom) falls between 12 and 18 lakhs. The variations are not yet available to the general public, but they most likely will be available in medium- and long-range versions with two distinct battery arrangements. The new Curvv has no direct competitors, but in the near future, the Mahindra BE (Born Electric) line and the Citroen C3X cross sedan will likely pose a major challenge to this coupe SUV.
What are the upcoming Tata cars in India?
Later this year, Tata Motors plans to introduce the Curvv EV alongside the Harrier and Safari EVs. The three cars will all be built on the same Acti.ev platform and have concept model-derived designs. Tata Motors is preparing its models with state-of-the-art technologies to satisfy a range of customers’ needs.
