Hyundai Motors India September 2023 Car Sales – Creta, Venue, Verna, Alcazar!

Hyundai Motors in September 2023 did total sales of 54,241 units with the Creta alone pulling 12,717 units making it the best-selling model for Hyundai Motors in September.

Hyundai Motors India has registered total sales of 54,241 units which is a slight growth in sales by 0.76% compared to 53,830 unit sales in August 2023. Leading the sales for Hyundai Motors as always is the Creta SUV with 12,717 units which is a month-on-month decline by 8.06% compared to 13,832 unit sales in August 2023. Hyundai is currently testing the facelift version of the Creta, and it’s expected to arrive in early 2024 with big upgrades like ADAS, dual 10.25-inch displays, 360 Surround View Camera, and so on if it wants to continue being the leading SUV in the segment.

At the 2nd position is the Venue with improved sales from 10,948 units in August to 12,204 units in September with improved growth by 11.47%. Hyundai recently updated the Venue with ADAS with features like Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Warning, and few more. The 3rd position is taken by the Exter SUV with 8,647 unit sales reporting an 16.38% growth over the 7,430 units in August. The Grand i10 Nios at 4th position reports dip in sales from 7,306 units in August to 5,223 units with a loss by 28.51%.

The newly updated i20 did sales of 6,481 units with good growth by 32.37%, and the Aura however reports loss in sales by 20.28% to 3,900 units. The 6th Gen Verna sold 2,610 units which is a 34 units increase over the August. The Verna was launched with a new-gen update that saw it getting new features like the ADAS, heated seats, 10.25-inch dual displays, powered seats, and so much more. The Alcazar performed good in September with 1,977 unit sales compared to 1,493 units in August with an improved 32.42% growth. The Alcazar is getting an facelift update, and is expected to launch alongside the Creta with spotted features like the ADAS.

The Tucson sold 237 units with just 1 unit growth, the electric SUV Ioniq 5 reports 176 units with 35.38% growth, and another electric SUV Kona is at last position with 69 unit sales which is down by 22 units over the August 2023.
