Mahindra XUV400 New Features – What You Need to Know!

On the basis of customer feedback, Mahindra has undergone reassessment of its offerings, and is now providing the absent features for the XUV400. With these enhancements, the XUV400 is now at a positioned to compete with its rival, Tata Nexon EV Max , which also recently got features upgrade as well. The new added features is exclusive to top-spec EL variant with single-tone and dual-tone color variants, and those new features are – Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Hill Hold Assist, Auto-Dimming IRVM, Tyre-Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Two Tweeters, Front Fog Lamps, and Boot Lamp.

With the addition of these features, Mahindra hopes it’ll boost sales of the EV, and achieve an competitive edge over its rival. The ICE XUV300 Facelift was spotted with panoramic sunroof, and it would certainly find its way to the EV sometime in future. But the big question here is are these features enough to compete? Mahindra sold 2,234 units of EVs in Q2 2023 while the Tata Motors did 5,072 unit sales.

The Nexon EV Max comes with 10.25-inch infotainment system, ventilated seats, digital instrument cluster, rear AC vents, and more while the XUV400 misses out on these features and upgrades.
