Mahindra is gearing up to launch 5 all-new SUVs in the coming months, targeting both ICE and EV buyers across segments. The lineup includes the Mahindra XUV 3XO EV, an electric version of the recently launched subcompact SUV, and the Mahindra XEV.7E, a midsize EV based on the INGLO platform. The brand will also update its iconic Thar with a 3-door facelift, while the new-gen Bolero Neo will receive a more rugged and modern upgrade. Lastly, the BE Rall-E, a lifestyle off-road electric SUV, is also expected to debut with futuristic styling and adventure-ready features.

Mahindra XUV 3XO EV

Expected Launch: Q3 2025

Mahindra will soon launch the electric version of the XUV 3XO which will look identical to the ICE version in terms of looks both from the outside and the inside. It’ll have new features such as powered driver seat, ventilated front seats, etc. Additionally, the EV will come with a 35 kWh Battery Pack which should give it range somewhere between 300 – 400 KMs. Mahindra is expected to launch the SUV in the 3rd quarter of 2025.

Mahindra XEV.7E

Expected Launch: H2 2025

Mahindra during the premiere of the BE 6 and the XEV.9e accidentally revealed the images of the XEV 7E giving us a look at how the production-version will look. The EV is likely to debut at the auto expo with launch likely taking in the second half of 2025. The XEV 7e will come with big features like augmented heads-up display (HUD), triple 12.3-inches displays, powered front seats, Level 2+ ADAS, Ventilated Seats for both front and 2nd row, possible powered captain seats in 2nd row, etc. The XEV 7e comes in three-row Configuration which is essentially the EV derivative of the XUV700. The EV will come with the same 2 Battery Packs:

  • 59 kWh Battery Pack: 228 BHP, 380 NM Torque – 500+ KM Range
  • 79 kWh Battery Pack: 282 BHP, 380 NM Torque – 650+ KM Range

Mahindra Thar 3-Door Facelift

Mahindra will also launch a facelift for the 3-Door Thar by festive season with exterior looks similar to the Thar Roxx like new front fascia, alloy wheels, C-shape LED DRLs, etc. It’s likely it’ll retain the current engine options – 2.0 L Turbo Petrol, 1.5 L Turbo Petrol, and the 2.2 L Diesel Engine with transmission choices being 6 Speed Manual (MT) and the Automatic (AT). It may also get some new features such as dual 10.25-inches displays, electronic parking brake with auto hold, 360 Degree Camera, and possible it may also get ADAS.

New-Gen Mahindra Bolero Neo

The upcoming facelifted Mahindra Bolero Neo, spied up close, showcases a bold new design inspired by the Thar Roxx, featuring a 6-slat grille with a large Mahindra logo, round LED headlamps with integrated dual-function DRLs, LED indicators, new bumpers, 17-inch alloys, flush door handles, redesigned ORVMs, vertical LED tail-lamps, and a flat tailgate likely to house a spare wheel. A rectangular cutout in the lower bumper hints at possible ADAS integration. Expected to retain its 1.5L diesel engine with more power, Mahindra may add a petrol option later. Key feature upgrades may include dual 10.25-inch displays, 6 airbags, wireless charging, 360° camera, panoramic sunroof, and a new sound system. Additionally, the SUV will be built on a new platform which Mahindra will debut on the August 15th with a concept model of this. Launch is expected in 2026.

New-Gen Mahindra BE Rall-E

The Mahindra BE Rall-E, first unveiled as a concept in February 2023, has been spied testing again in India and appears nearly production-ready with a design closely resembling the concept. Positioned as a rugged, off-road-ready version of the BE 6, it features a unique front fascia with eyebrow-style LED DRLs, circular LED projectors, a real bash plate, improved approach angle, higher ground clearance, steel wheels with all-terrain tyres, and a bold roof carrier. The rear sports distinct LED tail-lamps mirroring the front DRL design. Based on the BE 6 and INGLO platform, it may retain the same interior and charging layout but could get a dual-motor AWD setup for enhanced off-road performance. Originally scheduled for launch in October 2025, now it seems the SUV may eventually launch in the first half of 2026.
