From mid-size SUV to sportier premium SUV, these SUVs will be loaded with so much techs that it will make other rivals look very small.

Later this month, we’ll soon see the launch of 3 New Big Electrifying SUV that packs crazy amount of technology. These SUVs are from – Tata, Maruti Suzuki, and Kia. Let’s take a look at these 3 Electric SUVs coming this month!

Tata Harrier EV

Tata unveiled the production-ready Harrier EV at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, showcasing multiple upgrades over its earlier prototype. This electric iteration of the Harrier introduces advanced technology and segment-first features, including a “Summon Mode” that enables the SUV to autonomously drive toward the user, eliminating the need to walk to the vehicle.

Design-wise, the Harrier EV sports a closed front grille, 19-inch alloy wheels, and .ev badging on the tailgate and front doors. Inside, it retains the familiar ICE model layout but now adopts a white-themed interior for a more premium appeal.

On the performance front, Tata has confirmed that the Harrier EV will deliver 500 Nm of torque and come equipped with an All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) system. It also features new terrain modes, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging, along with other exclusive enhancements.

The Harrier EV is slated for launch by March 2025, positioning itself as a direct rival to the Mahindra XEV.9e.

Maruti eVitara

Maruti Suzuki has unveiled its first electric SUV, the e Vitara, which will be launched in March to compete with the Tata Curvv EV, Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV, and Mahindra BE 6. The e-Vitara, inspired by the 2023 eVX concept, offers two battery options: 49kWh and 61kWh, paired with front-mounted motors producing 141 bhp and 171 bhp, respectively, with a shared torque output of 192.5 Nm. Built on a skateboard platform co-developed with Toyota, it features LFP ‘blade’ cells from BYD and promises an MIDC range of over 500km with the larger 61 kWh battery pack.

The e-Vitara showcases a muscular design with a toned-down version of its concept styling, 18-inch wheels, and a range of 10 colors with dual-tone options. Its interior boasts a unique dashboard layout, featuring a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen, a 10.1-inch digital cluster, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, and Level 2 ADAS. The SUV also includes a flat-bottom steering wheel, automatic climate control, and premium upholstery. With three drive modes and safety features like 7 airbags, ADAS, the eVitara combines practicality with cutting-edge tech to redefine Maruti’s presence in the EV segment.

Kia EV6 Facelift

Kia is expected to launch the EV6 Facelift sometime later this month after showcasing the model at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 with revised design and new design. From the inside, it gets new 30-inch Trinity Panoramic Display which includes dual 12.3-inches Displays, an updated steering wheel and a fingerprint reader for biometric authentication. Features-wise, it’ll have revised heads-up display, improved OTA software, remote parking assist 2.0, and 2 new ADAS Functions. It’ll be getting new 84 kWh battery pack which will give range over 650 KMs. Moreover, the charging speed has increased to 258 kW with 10-80% charging done in 18 Minutes, meaning you get 400+ KMs range in 18 Minutes.
