Hyundai Motors has launched a new variant for their compact SUV Venue at Rs. 9.99 Lakh. This new variant is called Executive and it’s available with the 1.0 L Turbo Petrol Engine only. Moreover, it costs Rs 1.7 Lakh less than the S(O) variant with same gearbox.

New Hyundai Venue Variant: All Details

The Executive comes only with the 1.0 L Turbo Petrol Engine producing 118.35 BHP, and 172 NM of torque mated to the 6 Speed Manual and 7 Speed DCT Gearbox. So first, from the outside, it gets 16-inch wheels with dual-style, dark chrome on the front grille, roof rails on top, and the obvious Executive badging on the tailgate.

However, jumping to the inside, it gets two-step reclining rear seats, 8-inch Infotainment System with Wireless Apple Carplay & Android Auto, Digital 4.2-inch TFT Color Instrument cluster, cruise control, rear AC, rear wiper. However, it doesn’t get rear camera, LED DRLs, ORVM-mounted indicators, height adjustable driver’s seat, sunroof, and rear parcel tray which are available from the S(O) variant.

Hyundai also updated S(O) Turbo variant with additional new features such as Sunroof, and Reading Lamps for both driver and the passenger.

The Hyundai Venue competes with the likes of Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza and Fronx, Renault Kiger, Mahindra XUV300, and the Nissan Magnite. In case you’ve missed the news, Hyundai will be bringing the next-generation update for the Venue in 2025 with production starting from the new Talegaon plant with plans to produce 1,50,000 sedans.
