2 New Toyota’s Are on the Way This Year: Every Detail.

With updated design and cutting-edge technologies, Toyota is expected to introduce two new models for the Indian market this year in an effort to broaden its product portfolio and meet the needs of buyers.

New Toyota UC Taisor:

  • Based on the Heartect architecture of Maruti.
  • It will draw inspiration from Maruti’s Fronx crossover.
  • Newly designed bumpers, an LED projector setup in the front, and crisp, new LED connecting lights in the rear are all part of the updated front and rear fascia.
  • Similar interior layout to the Fronx, with a few Toyota-inspired design changes.
  • Three Engine Options:
    • 1.0 L Booster Jet Turbo Petrol (99 Hp / 147.6 Nm)
    • 1.2 L Naturally aspirated Petrol (89 HP/113 Nm)
    • 1.2 L N.A. Petrol + Cng (76 Hp / 98.5 Nm)
  • Price: Between Rs. 8 lakhs and Rs. 14 lakhs (ex-showroom)*.
  • Launch: First Quarter of 2024.

New Gen Toyota Fortuner:

  • Built on Toyota’s TNGA-F Global Architecture.
  • New front and rear fascia with a more aggressive look and upright posture.
  • It will also get newly designed front and rear ends with a new set of LED projectors and LED taillamps.
  • Will be getting a new alloy design to enhance its muscularity.
  • A New Dashboard design with plush leatherette upholstery and a bunch of new -gen connectivity features.
  • Likely to get Toyota’s ADAS Safety Suite.
  • Will Feature a new Diesel Mild-Hybrid Tech along with current engine options.
  • Three Engine Options:
  • 2.8 L Turbo Diesel with 48V Mild-Hybrid Tech (221 Hp / 550 Nm)
  • 2.8 L Turbo Diesel (201 Hp / 420 – 500 Nm)
  • 2.7 L DOHC Petrol with 48V Mild-Hybrid Tech (166 Hp / 245 Nm)
  • Will Get 5 and 6 Speed Manual along with a 6-Speed Automatic Transmission.
  • Will be offered in 4×2 and 4×4 Variants.
  • Price: Between Rs. 35 lakhs and Rs. 55 lakhs (ex-showroom)*.
  • Launch: Later in 2024.
