Jeep Compass Limited Plus Edition has been spied ahead of it’s expected launch on September 20.Unofficial bookings of the SUV has begun at various dealerships at a token money of Rs. 51,000.
In terms of exterior design,it gets Limited Plus badging along with sporty Bridgestone 18-inch Alloys,as the images reveal which are larger than the 17-inch one on the Limited trim.This variant also comes with a contrasting black roof.The main highlight of this variant is the panoramic sunroof.
On the inside, Jeep Compass Limited Plus Edition features a large 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system in comparison to the smaller 7.0-inch system on the limited variant.Compass Limited Plus Editon wears premium tan leather upholstery along with this its features power adjustable driver and passenger seats.Along with this,other highlighted features of this car includes Auto dimming IRVM, Rain Sensing wipers and Auto Headlamps.
Compass Limited Plus will be powered by the same set of engines.This include the 1.4-litre petrol unit with 163 hp of power.This petrol unit comes with automatic transmission while the 2.0-litre diesel will be initially offered with only 6-speed manual gearbox.
This variant will be priced Rs. 1.5 lakh to Rs. 2 Lakhs more than the Limited Variant.Also Jeep india have listed a Black Pack Edition on their website,which will not get a sunroof but will get black alloys,black ORVMs and interiors.This Black pack is also offered as additional package for LImited(O) variant at a price of Rs. 15,000 to Rs 25,000.The Black Pack edition will be launched in India in late October.
