The details for Indian-spec New Amaze 2018 has been revealed.Honda showcased New Amaze at Auto Expo 2018.The sedan will launch on May 16 in India.The variants of New Amaze will remain same-E,S,V and VX.
The new Honda Amaze will be available in 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel engine,like earlier Amaze.The main highlight of the sedan is availability of CVT transmission in diesel engine.Only New Dzire offers automatic in both petrol and diesel.But Honda will only offer CVT on S and V trims,not on top-end variant VX and Base E Model.
Variants
New Amaze 2018 will be available in 4 trims-Base E,S,V and top-end VX trim.CVT is offered only in S and V models.
New Amaze 2018 Mileage

New 2018 Honda Amaze Dimensions
Honda Amaze has received has been increased in length by 5mm and stands at 3995mm,15mm more wider at 1695mm.Wheelbase at 2470mm has been increased by 65mm.But due to decrease in height,New amaze is less taller than it’s pre-facelift model at 1500mm.Lower models will continue to sport 14-inch steel wheels,while the V and VX would feature 175/65 15-inch alloys.Talking about the suspension,it gets McPherson Strut at the front and Torsion Beam at the rear.E and S trims get 14-inch steel wheels while the top models(V and VX) sits on new 15-inch alloys.Kerb weight of Amaze petrol is between 905kg and 945kg.While the diesel is weighted between 993kg and 1039kg.

New Amaze 2018 is expected to be priced slightly higher than the old Amaze.Endless features in New amaze justifies slight increment in pricing.New 2018 Amaze will be priced slightly higher than its rivals,Hyundai Xcent,Maruti Dzire and Tata Tigor.
